a. Judging Criteria: All eligible Entries submitted via the Contest Site and received by Sponsor will be judged based on the following criteria (“Judging Criteria”):

i. Creativity/Originality (40%)

- Relevance to the theme.  
- Does the artist provide a unique, creative, and original artwork? 
- Does the artist show use of imagination?
- Does the artist show creativity in their use of materials?
- Do they transform the product into something else?
- Do they highlight or use components of the product in a way that is unique?

ii. Impact/First Impression (30%)

- Is it eye-catching? Does the artwork draw the viewer in?
- Overall does the artwork stand on its own as a complete work of art?
- Does the artwork portray or convey a message?

iii. Technical Quality (20%)

- Does the artist show use of skill in their chosen medium?
- Is the artwork clean, precise and detailed?

iv. Composition/Arrangement (10%)

- Quality of artistic composition and overall design. 
~ Use of color, tone and materiality.  
~ Is the composition of the artwork harmonious?
~ Is there visual balance?
~ How effectively does the artist use the required space?

a. The requirements for the Project are provided below:

i. The Project must be made with product(s) found in Walmart stores and turned into something artful that is no larger than 1ft tall, x 1ft wide x 1ft deep;
ii. 90% of the work of Project must be made from products/items found in Walmart stores, and may include items found on Walmart.com; 
iii. Do not use anything perishable like fruits or food to create your Project, though clean food containers are fine;
iv. All product(s) used as part of the final Project must be transformed in some manner – it cannot appear in the same way you would buy it off the shelf or a craft kit purchased from the store;
v. The Project must be Entrant’s original work—you, the Entrant, must be the artist who made the Project and hold all rights to the Project.  By submitting a photo of your Project to enter this Contest, you certify, warrant, and represent that you are the sole creator and copyright owner of the submitted Project;
vi. Your Project must be your original work or it will not be accepted. Entrant will be required to accept these Official Rules when submitting the Contest Entry. Should any Entry not comply with these Official Rules, or with any of the specific Project Requirements described below, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any Entry that does not comply with said requirements. Sponsor retains all rights in its sole and absolute discretion, to modify the resolution, dimensions, compression, and/or any and all other aspects of the Project before or after the Submission Period.
